Yoga and Meditation for Anxiety and Depression Workshop

This workshop explores powerful strategies for dealing with depression and anxiety. I will guide you through a programme of asana, pranayama and meditation.

In the workshop you will learn how to re-wire anxiety through activation of your relaxation response, thus enabling a re-frame on the stress response. Then we will connect to our purpose and open our hearts to what is calling us; allowing this reclaimed vitality to have clear direction in life.

This Yoga for Anxiety and Depression Workshop will utilise mindfulness techniques to deal with the ups and downs of daily life.

COST: Early bird $85 / Regular: $100
