Amidst the pressures of modern living, taking time out for retreat offers a direct pathway to discover inner peace and cultivate a boundless heart. Most retreats I teach take the form of sitting, standing, moving and lying down Mindfulness and other meditation practices drawn from a Secular Buddhist Dharma approach. Moving practices may include Yoga, Qigong, Walking and Yoga Trance Dance. Check details with each retreat.
Mosts retreats also include periods of silence to support deep rest and self-nurturing as well as short Dharma talks and meditation instruction. All activities are chosen and scheduled to support you and are optional to allow for individual needs. Unless specified, most retreats are suitable for those new to meditation / movement practice and those with experience.
You may contract me directly to run a retreat for your group or organisation. In these cases, I often include workshop elements and facilitate group process for team building and developing connection. Contact me directly to discuss your needs.
Since 2014, I have regularly run Mindfulness retreats and one day Intensives with Samantha Clarke at Chenrezig Institute at Eudlo on the Sunshine Coast. Book directly with Chenrezig.
